Customer Support Executive

Deliverable:
  • CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE will be working in a busy fast paced manner and will be responsible for Incoming calls from customers, suppliers and Agents regarding Freight shipments/bookings.
  • Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the standard guidelines.
  • Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
  • Maintaining records of all transactions and interactions made with customers.
  • Ensuring that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating queries if appropriate to supervisor.
  • Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and handling new & existing accounts.
  • Handle client problems, answer general inquiries and complaints.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
  • To check, raise invoices and other documents as per company objectives and ensure the same is delivered to the correct person within the delivery deadlines agreed.
  • Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with Seniors
  • Assisting management and Team Manger with any assigned special projects.
  • Providing backup to the receptionist and other executives as and when required.
  • Any other additional duties assigned.
Qualification:
  • Graduate
Other requirements:
  • Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Internet Utilities.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Basic Understanding of Logistics function.
  • Experience in documentation.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in the sharing, transmission, storage, and management of information.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience required in relevant field.
